Background:
In some cases, several servers are kept away from the internet for security’s sake but can only be connected by a few special machines – these special machines are called bridge machines - from specific domain.
During daily works, if you want to connect the security server, you must connect to the bridge machine from your local PC first and then connect to the security server from bridge.
A Simpler Way:
There is a simpler way to directly connect to the security server, through this way, you can save one step to connect to the bridge.
- Open Remote Desktop Connection (You can type mstsc into the “run” dialog to open)
- Hit “Options”
- Go to advance tab, click settings button
- Set as follows:
- Done.
